if i hadn't already had 4 kids that were once 18 months, i might very well be going NUTS right now. oh wait, i am going NUTS right now. but it's mostly ok, because i remember each one of my children being very difficult at 18 months. forget the whole "terrible 2's". i'd take 2 over 18 months any old time. at least by 2
they're able to communicate a little better.
seth had his 18 mo. appt. it was very discouraging for both of us. not only did he have to get immunizations, but he had lost weight...again. little stink. although i wasn't surprised, i was still frustrated. i believe, really believe, i have the worlds pickiest eater. because not only is he picky about taste, but he's also picky about texture, and is COMPLETELY INCONSISTENT with what he likes- hence the weight-loss. luckily he did grow a little in height, and his head grew a little too. but as of right now he's in the 7% for weight, 25% for height, and just below 50% for head. i know, i shouldn't worry- kids won't let themselves starve. but it runs my life right now. i will feel better once he gains.
he does like oreos..........
