g-pa kennard served in the UNITED STATES AIR FORCE. luckily he lives right by hill air force museum (probably not just a coincidence). he is so knowledgeable about all of the aircraft they display. although he doesn't get paid to do so, he was a great tour guide and educated us all! the helicopters in one of the pictures is almost identical to the one he flew in vietnam (i hope i'm getting this all right). we are proud to call him grand-pa!
