a long 5 days

seth randomly woke up one morning with a temp. no other symptoms. i figured it was a virus??? the next day all five of us (me and 4 older kids) had cleanings. lucky for me, i had to go back the next day to get a post and new crown on a tooth. that was fun. it's always a great thing when you have to be so numb that the whole left side of your face is numb- including my lower eye-lid. as if that wasn't bad enough, i had to come back home to a sick seth that still had an unexplained temp and just wanted to be held, by me!

this was the face of seth for about 4 days- again (seems like i was just blogging about this). i finally took him in friday afternoon (after he and i missed a beach outing- rich had taken the day off to head to lake michigan). at the doctor's we learned that one reason seth may be fussy is because he had lost weight, as well as the fact that he had ANOTHER double ear infection. another antibiotic. yippee. so that temperature... was it because of his ear infections? was it because of his molars working their way in? or was it because of the head-to-toe rash (can anyone say ROSEOLA) he woke up with sunday morning? i know, i know.....POOR BABY!
