jeremy decided to do football this year (8th grade) @ his middle school. he played on the "b" team and did a great job. this was his first year EVER playing football. most of these boys have been at it for at least 3 years. it's a really big deal here to not play before middle school.
he started for several of the "b" games and usually either played safety (not his fav), or as corner back. he made several tackles throughout the season and felt like he had a pretty successful year. not sure if he'll be doing it in high school. we shall see.
(as you can see, he is still quite small. we thought the picture above was rather comical of him standing next to fellow 8th grader who is well over 6 ft. jeremy said he tried really hard not to ever be next to him so he didn't look so small!)
