it was a GOOD friday. the kids had the day off of school, so no early wake up. then around 9:30a we ALL got ready to go for a walk/jog. we managed to walk/jog/talk for 2.4 miles, taking in the beautiful flowers and trees blooming. it was a warm 70+ degrees with a nice cool breeze. seth fell asleep in the stroller and i sent the boys out to help a neighbor clean up A LOT of debris from 5 pine trees that were removed the previous day. an hour later they came in, feeling really good about helping. while mason and cass jumped for hours, ike invited 4 friends over to play, play, play. jeremy entertained seth off and on, and jumped off and on. i was able to get some cleaning done, get some office work done, as well as shower and get ready for a date. went and got pizza for the kids so they could eat and watch a movie while rich and i went to dinner with chuck and gina for my bday. it was a beautiful day/evening and i'm VERY aware that LIFE IS GOOD!
