ok- starting to see a little too many of those pounds on the face. oh well. we refer to me often as "baby home". leave it to rich to come up with a clever nick-name. if i get bumped by the kids he'll say, "don't bump the baby home." i love it.
i do love being the baby home. thanks to kristin (sis-in-law) and a neighbor, i have tons of cute clothes and am feeling pretty good. (had you talked to me a couple days ago, i thought i was going to die! i had been battling heartburn for a few weeks and started and finished prilosec - which was the only thing to relieve my all day/everyday heartburn. that in conjunction with constipation- TMI- and the "rebirth" of my heartburn, i was just about to call it quits. i restarted prilosec and have tried to increase my fluids/fibers for the other and it's all under control now). i have less than 9 weeks til delivery date. my c-section is scheduled for 7am on tues. 5/12. it' s crazy how close it seems now and i'm doing more serious preparations now. i "passed" my glucose test - thank goodness- and gained a little more than i would've liked to, but felt a little better about that when the dr. told me that baby is measuring big. his exact words were "hopefully you weren't wanting a little peanut because the only way you'll get that is if you deliver early." with isaac @ 8lb1oz, jeremy @ 8lb40z, cassie @ 9lb2oz, and mason at 9lb7oz, i'm assuming seth will follow suit and be.... well, i'm just hoping he stays under 10lbs! he's all in front and he's a mover and a shaker.
one of these days i may actually record him moving. because, after all, isn't that the best part of being pregnant?!
