here is the "before" picture of the tv room. rich tore out the carpet (because i couldn't wait) and screwed down the floorboards, then left to go out of town for a week. me and my friend sarah decided we could tackle it ourselves. so we did. it felt great. we finished it in 2 full days, and rich came back and took care of the last strip (lots of cut-outs) and the bullnose trim. we love it.
