grandpa is the pied-piper. most of the grand kids are following him on the beginning of our hike to donut falls (a place where celeste used to hike when she was a child). little do they know what they're in for.
the final destination...donut falls. well worth the 3 miles we hiked. (although the kids might not agree). a little longer than we anticipated. a storm was moving in quickly so we couldn't stay for very long- especially since it was a much longer hike than we thought.

other than a little (okay, maybe a lot) of rain, it was a great 1st reunion. i think we'll come back for seconds!
