3 weeks after our trip to utah, i was able to fly by myself to ca for 5 days for kim and brandon's wedding. boy was the trip fun! somehow i have few pictures for evidence, but basically i was somewhere different every nite, including john & kristin's, shopping with lauri & kristin (all day long), to san juan capistrano for a shower for staci @ aunt carol's, then down to o'side @ kathy's for hot-tubbing, and joann's to talk and sleep, then played basketball that morning, shopped more, had lunch with the bunch (debbie, carol, paula, kathy & joann), drove to costa mesa to meet staci (& sheldon) @ costco to do last minute prep for kim's reception, then to the church to do flower boquet's/boutonniere's & set-up with sandy, hal, kim, brandon, wendi, melanie, bev & brandon's family, had a really late nite drive with lauri finding our hotel (lots of laughs), slept a few hours, went to the wedding, reception, skateboarded in the church parking lot for a few hours (as mom said, we albrechtsen's know how to work hard, then play hard), drove (on about 6 freeways) to visit mom & dale, slept, and left early a.m. to head home.

just remember, that was a shortened version. it was such a treat and the wedding was absolutely beautiful with an absolutely beautiful couple! congrats kim and brandon & thanks for providing a great excuse to come to cali! it's always a pleasure.
